The drought and water usage

Hello neighbors.
As you might know by now, many rivers and lakes in our area are very low due to the ongoing drought due to restricted rainfall during recent years, especially 2007.
What many of you may not be aware of is that because many of us are on Well Systems, we rely on the Water Table level. Because this is not "seen", some assume it is a limitless supply of water and continue as if there isn't a problem.
Unfortunately, limitless it is not. Some Wells have already dried up in our area which means others will not be far behind.
If you see a neighbor using Water wastefully, please talk with them and ask them to please help the rest of us by conserving because when the water is gone, their yard will dry up anyway but so will the rest of us. Each one of us is responsible to protect the water we have left.
